If your contract has a loan provision and/or dividends, you may withdraw money from your contract when there is a cash value accumulation.
The amount you can withdraw depends on the value of your contract and/or dividends.
For information on how to request a loan or withdraw dividends, please call us at 1-800-798-6600 (for policies purchased through a local representative) or 1-800-779-5433 (for policies purchased by mail or phone), Monday through Friday - 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., CT. Or you can send us a letter with the following information:
- Type of withdrawal – loan, dividend or partial surrender of paid-up additional insurance
- Amount of the withdrawal
- Your current address
- How you wish to have the money delivered
- Signature of the policyowner
