Premiums are due at the beginning of the period we are billing. For example, if we are billing for the June 1st – July 1st premium, premiums are due on June 1st.
You will receive a past due notice if we do not receive your premium. This is the only notification you will receive. If we do not receive your payment by the time we are ready to bill for the next period, your certificate will cancel for nonpayment.
If you have the premium notice, send the payment to the CUNA Mutual Group address printed on the notice. If you do not have the premium notice, send your payment to:
CMFG Life Insurance Company
Please be sure to write your certificate number on your check or money order to help us identify which certificate to apply the payment.
