Simply fill out this form and tell us what type of account you wish to open
and we will furnish you with the appropriate forms by mail.
One of the fastest ways to open a new brokerage account is to use the online
application form generator. Completing
the online application form also authorizes the establishment of Internet access
for your account. The form will produce a completed application and supporting
documents for you to sign and mail in. You may use the form generator to open an
Individual, Joint, or UGMA/UTMA Cash Account. To establish a brokerage account
with other registrations and/or account types, you may either complete the
Request Information form or call the toll-free number.
If you have an existing CUNA Brokerage Account with CUNA Brokerage Services, Inc
you can complete this form for electronic transfer with your savings or
checking account. If you do not have an
existing CUNA Brokerage account and would like to establish one,
please see the Opening an Account page.
In order to place trades online and access other features of CUNA Brokerage,
you first need to activate your account and obtain a username and password. To
do this, please complete all the information in this form and read the Account
Activation Agreement information. If you applied online for your CUNA Brokerage
Account, this activation was already done for you.
