Waiver of Premium A rider or supplemental benefit by which an insurer agrees to waive premium payments if the policyowner meets the terms of disability stated in the contract. Withdrawal Charge The amount deducted from the accumulation or account value of a policy if a withdrawal occurs within a specific number of years following policy issue. Withdrawal Provision A provision that permits an annuitant to withdraw funds from their accumulated value without surrendering the contract.
