For an affordable rate, you can get up to $300,000* of protection from CMFG Life Insurance Company, the company behind the coverage. No medical exams are required and coverage is guaranteed as long as premiums are paid. In addition, AD&D provides the following features and benefits:**

*Accidental Death & Dismemberment Insurance is underwritten by CMFG Life Insurance Company, Waverly IA. The insurance offered is not a deposit and is not federally insured, sold or guaranteed by your Credit Union. The maximum total amount of Accidental Death & Dismemberment additional coverage you may have with us, for all certificates, is $500,000. Other coverage amounts are available. Coverage is reduced by 50% at age 70. The Golden 1 Credit Union enables this insurance program to be offered and is entitled to compensation from CMFG Life Insurance Company. Coverage may not be available in all states.
