IRA Center is protected through our secured connection, and is customizable through a variety of options you define. Your credit union will remove costs and resources for creating and maintaining accurate IRA Web content; instead, you'll make IRA Center the one-stop-shop destination for your members to learn, plan, manage accounts, and connect with you for additional assistance.
IRA Center is delivered to your website using CUNA Mutual Group's corporate web portal Members Financial Network (MFN). Through this portal, we can create a seamless extension of your credit union's website.
You customize your CU's IRA Center by selecting how and what products to present in each of IRA Center's four components: Learn, Plan, Take Action, Contact Us.
All credit unions enrolled in the Fully-Administered or Self-Administered IRA Program. You choose one of the 3 versions of IRA Center we have available
- IRA Center - No Forms: this versions includes Learn More, Plan and Contact Us.
- IRA Center - Forms: includes Learn More, Plan, Contact Us, plus Take Action. Members easily and accurately complete IRAdirect forms; then print and deliver completed forms to you for processing.
- IRA Center - Forms with eSign: includes Learn, Plan, Contact Us, and Take Action with eSignature. eSign removes as much as 90% of the work you need to do when completing a routine IRA transaction. Using this version, your members can:
- Elect their IRA investments;
- Move money from other CU accounts to funds those investments;
- Print off or eSign and submit completed forms to you for processing. Members no longer have to travel to the CU to complete their transaction;
- CU staff retrieve and approve completed forms from IRAdirect's Member Queue;
- Approved Fully-Administered CU transactions apply to IRAdirect without re-keying. IRA Center with eSign is a solid Win-Win for you and your members!
